General

  • Fort Point Direct orders containing a mix of beer, cider and goods are only available to addresses in the state of California. Orders containing non-alcoholic beer and goods are available for addresses anywhere in the US
  • Carriers cannot leave alcohol unattended. You must be present to receive the delivery.
  • We require carriers to verify your age at the time of delivery. You must be 21 years of age or older to order and must show identification to receive the delivery if your order contains alcohol.
  • We cannot deliver to a customer who is intoxicated. If you appear intoxicated at the time of delivery, the carrier will not complete the delivery.

Delivery throughout California

  • Fort Point Direct makes same-day deliveries 7 days a week in San Francisco, fulfilled by Uber.
    • Same-day deliveries are fulfilled Sun 1-7:45pm, Mon-Tues 1-8:45pm, Wed-Thurs 1-9:45pm, Fri-Sat 1-10:45pm
    • SF deliveries placed outside of these hours are shipped same day or next day at 1pm
  • Fort Point Direct makes overnight deliveries (next business day) throughout the rest of California with orders going out for delivery Monday through Friday. These orders are fulfilled by GLS.
    • Next-day delivery must be placed by 12:30pm to be fulfilled same day. If an order is placed after 12:30pm on a weekday, the order will be shipped the following weekday, and delivered the day after that (i.e. if you order after 12:30pm on Tuesday, you will receive your order on Thursday).
    • Orders placed before 12:30pm on Fridays may deliver on Saturday, but is not guaranteed by our delivery partner GLS. If you order does not arrive on Saturday, it will arrive on Monday
    • Orders placed after 12:30pm on Fridays will be fulfilled Monday and arrive on Tuesday. 
    • Next-day orders arrive between 8am-8pm

Returns

Fort Point will provide a refund for orders with damaged or incorrect products. Refunds must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery by contacting shop@fortpointbeer.com along with pictures of damaged or incorrect beer. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
