SF Beer Week is back, and as always we’ve been hard at work thinking of events that pair cold, fizzy beer with some of our favorite things (think: dumplings 🥟, art 🎨, bikes 🚲, sake 🍶 and some good old fashioned competition 🎸). SF Beer Week Opening Gala

The SF Beer Week Opening Gala is the largest annual gathering of the Northern California craft beer community, featuring 125+ breweries serving the most compelling beers our region has to offer. Try Fort Point classics like KSA or our seasonal Manzanita, along with some of our draft-only beers like Cool, Mixte, and Nitro Golden.
Beer Cocktails with Stookey’s + Fort Point

The secret ingredient to a good cocktail? Good beer. See how the mixologists at Stookey’s Club Moderne utilize beer’s flavor as you would a fine spirit, liqueur, or fruit juice to make Fort Point beer cocktails. 1930s attire encouraged.
Dim Sum Beer Brunch with Fort Point

We can’t believe we’re already hosting our 5th annual Dim Sum Beer Brunch! Come hungry for dim sum classics served alongside Fort Point beer. Hong Kong Lounge will be serving up soup dumplings, Peking duck, pork siu mai, and much more.
SF Landmarks Bike Tour with Fort Point

New year, new route! San Francisco is our home and we are always inspired by it. We’ve tucked SF landmarks into all of our can designs and this guided ride will tour you around the city to see a few of our favorites. We’ll start at the Dutch Windmill and end at our Ferry Building taproom, where the first round is on us. All proceeds go to the SF Bike Coalition.
KSA Day at Fort Point Valencia

In honor of Kolsch and Kolsch-style ales everywhere, we’re throwing one big party — our first-ever, annual KSA Day. Join us at Fort Point Valencia, where we’ll be celebrating all day with a special Kolsch and Party Bread menu. Come try KSA alongside other Kolsch and Kolsch-style-ales from both near and far and dip into new Party Bread flavors made just for the occasion.
The Making of a Fort Point Beer
Thursday, 2/13, 6:00PM — 10:00PM | 📍California Academy of Sciences Planetarium
Ever wonder what it’s like to be inside of a tank during fermentation but too smart to actually try it? Join us in the Morrison Planetarium for a special immersive experience presented by our Director of Brewing, Mike Schnebeck, as he shows how brewers combine 4 simple ingredients — hops, grain, yeast and water — to create endless flavor possibilities. As part of the special SFBW edition of NightLife, we’ll be pouring crowd favorites at a pop-up beer hall alongside dozens of local breweries.
Whole Hog Luau with 4505 + Fort Point

Get an up-close look at a whole hog roast at 4505 Burgers & BBQ, prepared “island style.” We’ll join the 4505 team on their patio with a tap takeover of Fort Point beers to pair with meats. Oh, and did we mention a live ukulele player will be strumming all night?
Fort Point Collaboration Dinner with 18 Reasons

Experience an intimate dinner with us and 18 Reasons, featuring a six-course menu where each dish is created to pair perfectly with a different Fort Point beer. Break bread with our Director of Brewing, Mike Schnebeck, as he shares Fort Point stories and beer expertise around the dinner table.
Fort Point Presents: Battle of the Brewery Bands

Join us for a night of local beer and music with the people who make SFBW possible — the brewers! The Battle will feature performances from four Bay Area brewery bands with judging by a curated panel of pros who live and breathe beer. Each participating brewery will take the stage as well as the taps — come support the bands and stay for their beers!
Goldsworthy in the Presidio with Fort Point

Our brewery sits on National Park land in the Presidio of San Francisco, a place full of surprises — like the largest collection of Andy Goldsworthy art on public view in North America. Meet us for a guided hike through Goldsworthy’s works led by Presidio Trust docents. After we’ll head to Presidio Social Club for a few Fort Point beers, made right in the Presidio.
Curry Night with Fort Point and Sequoia Sake
Sunday, 2/16, 5:00PM — 8:00PM | 📍Fort Point Ferry Building
Wrap up SFBW with a lantern-lit meal by three SF makers of delicious things. We’ll be pairing Fort Point beers with Sequoia Sake and our friend Michael Black will dish up Japanese curries to warm you from the inside out. We’ll have special beers on tap and folks from Sequoia will be there to talk sake. Come join the curry club and cheers to San Francisco!
