Fort Point Beer’s Oktoberfest Beer Garden
A special pop-up event happening this fall.
Fort Point is celebrating Oktoberfest with an extended Ferry Building beer garden for four Fridays this fall: September 21st + 28th, and October 5th + 12th.
Find us on the Embarcadero promenade in front of our Ferry Building taproom. We’ll be there pouring our classic line-up in addition to some of our limited draft-only releases!
Featured Limited Draft Releases
🍺 Sonder — a dry and fruit-forward Belgian Pale Ale with an imaginative, hoppy twist. An abundance of pear 🍐, guava, and green tea aroma 🍵 is created through the interaction of Hallertau Blanc and Experimental 04190 hops with a select yeast strain believed to originate in Antwerp, Belgium. Both pleasantly familiar yet surprisingly new, Sonder is a refreshing take on the pale ale.
🍺 Cool — our hometown IPA , brewed exclusively for our friends and family here in San Francisco. This IPA is all forest, and bustling with rich pine and resin aromas from a healthy addition of Centennial and Chinook hops. We sourced two distinct lots of Chinook from different growing regions — one is bright and piney 🌲, the other has subtle tones of pineapple 🍍.
🍺 Lobos —an invigorating session IPA named in honor of Lobos Creek, the secluded source that supplies our Presidio brewery with fresh water. Punchy yet mellow, this session-sipper is loaded with hop aroma, including lemon-lime and notes of candied fruit, then rounded off with hints of grass 🌿, peach 🍑 and honey 🍯.
🍺 Darling — a tart Berliner Weisse with a vibrant, balanced sourness that’s smoothed over by soft wheat undertones 🌾. Lemondrop and Summer hops add a hint of lemon zest 🍋 and fresh peaches 🍑, making for a mellow, yet satisfying finish.
