Flavor Profile

Specter is an elusive farmhouse ale, inspired by traditions long forgotten. Its multi-faceted aroma and flavor is crafted by a special yeast strain sourced from deep in the Ardennes forest of Belgium. Delicate additions of specialty malt and sassafras smoked rye create notes of ripe apricot, dark rye bread and black pepper that transition into a wispy finish of harvest bonfire smoke.
